PF101RC 10.1 inch smart calendar frame

The PF101RC 10.1 inch frame

Every size in the PF series does the same two jobs — a calendar that stays current and a photo frame when the day is quiet — and the sizes differ only in the distance they are read from. At 10.1 inches the PF101RC is read at arm's length: the desk where one person's day is organised, the bedside table where the morning starts, the kitchen corner where a household's shopping and reminders live. That intimacy is the point of the small size; it is a personal planner with a screen, not a noticeboard shrunk down.

Buyers choosing between this model and the 15.6 inch PF156RC should run one test: stand where the frame will be used and read a calendar entry at that distance in your head. If the reader is always the person at the desk, the PF101RC is the right size and the cheaper placement. If the calendar serves a whole kitchen, the next size up earns its wall.

Where the smallest frame earns its place

• Home desks, where one person's schedule, reminders and photos share one small screen.
• Bedside tables, where the first screen of the day shows the day itself.
• Small kitchens and studio flats, where counter space is the constraint.
• Care settings at personal scale, where one resident's routine is the content.

In project orders — serviced apartments, care homes, staff accommodation — the PF101RC is usually the volume model, deployed one per room. That pattern makes the configuration conversation simple but the quantity conversation important: per-room deployment multiplies every per-unit detail, so the accessories and setup expectations should be settled in the inquiry rather than discovered at installation.

Specification summary

This model is published by size and family; deeper specification questions — connectivity, mounting and configuration options — are answered in the quotation against the current build, not assumed from the series name.

The personal frame in shared buildings

There is a second market for the smallest frame that its domestic description hides: per-room deployment in shared buildings. A care residence that places one PF101RC per room gives every resident a personal programme — meals, visits, activities — at reading distance from the chair or the bed, in a format that asks nothing of the reader. Serviced apartments use the same pattern for guest information that updates without a printed card. In both, the unit count is the project's defining number, and the configuration conversation is about identical setup repeated, not about any single frame's options.

Before you order

• For per-room deployments, state the room count and the setup expected in each room.
• Confirm warranty terms for your model in your quotation.
